We don't know if or when we will offer another Succession Intensive! Our first Succession Intensive was in 2024 and this will be our second Succession Intensive starting in October 2026. Honestly, we cannot guarantee that there will be another. If you're on the fence, you should jump in!
Yes! We love interacting with and talking to people!
In the Succession Intensive, we are specifically carving out time each month to mentor and assist Pastors who are developing their succession roadmap. Each participant will have access to the group Zoom mentoring sessions as well as to one 1:1 personal Zoom mentoring session, plus unlimited text/phone access to both of us.
In order to give everyone the best and most personal experience, we are limiting the size of the Intensive group. We are looking for Pastors/Spouses who are ready to invest in themselves and the future of their church.
Yes, we will host an optional gathering at Valley Family Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan so you can meet our successors and our team to ask any questions you may have - dates TBD. Participants will be responsible for their own travel, hotel, meals, etc.
All of our Intensive Zoom sessions will be recorded and available for replay for the Intensive participants only.
All participants will have lifetime access for their personal use to all Zoom recordings and all resources in this Intensive.
All you need is access to the Internet! We are using our website platform for all of our Group and 1:1 Zoom mentoring sessions.
No, unfortunately once we are full and have begun the Intensive, it will be closed to any additional participants.
